Ever since PUBG mobile was banned in India in September 2020 by the Indian government, fans are eagerly hoping and waiting for PUBG relaunch. With millions of fans waiting for the relaunch, PUBG Mobile Lite recently released a reprise of the game that is the 0.21.0 version.
The new version has new optimizations to give the PUBG Mobile Lite users a better gaming experience. Users can download the new 0.21.0 update on their devices from the Google Play Store or download it via the APK file.

PUBG developers have also launched a new game ‘PUBG New State,’ and the pre-registrations for this game have already begun all over the world, however, Indian players cannot pre-register due to the ban on the game.
It’s to be noted that both PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite are strictly banned in India, so Indian players cannot install the games. The game was banned by the Indian government in September 2020, over security and privacy concerns. There are many speculations that the game would be relaunched in India soon, however, there is no official confirmation from the developers yet.
The company’s job listings on LinkedIn have been constantly increasing which points towards the return of the game. Also, AFK Gaming recently reported that Kumar Krishnan Iyer and Hyunil Sohn have been appointed as the directors of PUBG India Pvt. Ltd. Hyunil Sohn is also the head of corporate development at KRAFTON Inc., which is the developer of PUBG.
