DPT Oct 2023: Dishant Soni Wins Pineapple Flip & Ship

Playing on the last day of the Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT), Dishant Soni has emerged as the DPT October 2023 Pineapple Flip & Ship event. This poker player has managed to display top-level skill and strategy in a thrilling showdown to walk away with ₹1,11,200 in prize money. 

He managed to emerge victorious from a field of 32 participants with determination and finesse to ship the title. Abhishek Sonu, a well-known name in the Indian poker circuit, secured the second spot in the event to pocket ₹60,000 in winnings. 

The ongoing DPT October 2023, has seen a  ton of intense poker action so far. With quite a few big names in attendance and mega prize pools on offer, the 15th edition of the DPT is proving to be a success.

Earlier in the series, we saw Abhishek Grover battle stiff competition to win the Super Hold’em Turbo title. He rode on his unyielding momentum to pocket ₹2,09,300 for a top-spot finish alongside the trophy. Similarly, a poker player named Anirudh won the Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) Bounty to grab a payday of ₹1.92 Lakh for his first-place finish.

While Prajit Gambhir shipped the NLH Bounty champion, Ritwik Khanna registered his first-ever live win in the Warm-Up NLH Turbo event alongside a pay cheque of ₹4,13,289. The online and live poker pro-Sahil Chutani has shipped the coveted Main Event title and pocketed ₹20,19,109 after beating Archit Khandelwal in heads-up.
