Daniel Negreanu won his third Poker Go Tour event of the season, topping the field of the $10,100 Pot-Limit Omaha event at the PLO Series II presented by PLO Mastermind. Negreanu won $265,200.
Negreanu entered the stacked final table second in chips behind Alex Foxen. Soon after play began on Sunday, Negreanu assumed the top spot on the leaderboard, and he never looked back. Negreanu dominated on his way to the winner’s circle, including pulling off two very well-timed bluffs to add chips to his stack.
The total number of entries that this event saw was 104 and the prize pool was $1,040,000.

10 | Gruffudd Pugh-Jones | $31,200 |
In addition to the $265,200 score for Daniel Negreanu, he also picked up 265 PGT leaderboard points. That improved his series standing to third behind Matthew Wantman and Isaac Haxton. Wantman and Haxton came into this event tied for the series leaderboard lead, but with a third-place finish, it was Wantman who was able to separate himself from the pack best. Wantman has five cashes through six events, including a victory in Event #3.

On the PGT season-long leaderboard, Jeremy Ausmus is still at the top with 2,501 points. Ausmus finished fourth in this latest PGT PLO Series event, picking up his 24th cash of the season. Negreanu’s finish was good enough to push him into second place with 1,998 points.
Alex Foxen, who placed runner-up to Negreanu, moved to 36th on the PGT leaderboard. That’s notable because finishing the regular season in the top 40 qualifies a player for the season-ending PGT Championship as long as the player has three PGT cashes.
