Daniel Negreanu Brought Star Power To A Home Game Unlike Any Other

Imagine walking up to a six-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner and asking him to join a home game which would be the last one before you take off to college? What are we talking about? 

Don’t be confused, we’ll tell you all about the incident that took place. Daniel Negreanu spoke to Poker Org to narrate this heartwarming incident that took place on 7th August. 

A boy who was to take off for college and was playing his last poker home game with his buddies (also off to college) approached DNegs while he was walking his puppies just outside his house to join the home game. 

Negreanu was mulling over the request and even shared a poll post about the matter on his Twitter handle. Talking to Poker Org the Canadian pro stated that he checked with his wife Amanda Leatherman who said he should definitely go and meet them as it would make their day.

DNegs then replied to a post on Twitter stating that he will drop by after dinner. And oh boy when he did, he came bearing gifts. The GGPoker ambassador brought some hoodies from his collection for the boys who seemed utterly delighted. DNegs shared a video post on his Twitter handle which captured the moment when he enters the house to interact with the boys and plays a game of poker with them before they leave for their respective colleges.

The video sees the boys all suited up and seated at the table with poker chips placed in front of them. Negreanu is seen asking the boys which college and subjects they will be studying.

While talking to Poker Org, ‘KidPoker’ revealed that the lads belonged to Ivy League colleges and he was happy to see their love for poker and wanted to play one last time before they took off. 

This incident tells us that Negreanu has a massive fan following and when it comes to poker there is nobody better than DNegs to invite as he never fails to impress his fans.
