‘boom345’ ships The Flash on Spartan

Every day is a happy day for poker players on The Spartan Poker, with daily online featured tournaments taking place, that give everyone the chance to score big and make considerable additions to their poker bankrolls. Yesterday was a Thursday night and The Flash is a popular tournament on Spartan, which takes place every Thursday night at 7:30pm.

This tournament competes directly with major competitions on other platforms, with Adda52 hosting their weekly Godfather tournament (won by Aditya Sushant last night) and PokerBaazi hosting their tournament called The Summit (won by Sumit Sapra last night).

The Flash INR 10 Lakh GTD has a buy-in of INR 4,400 and a massive field of 307 entries took part in the tournament, with the guarantee being beaten and a new prize pool of INR 12,28,000 being generated. The top 27 places were eventually paid out a minimum cash of INR 12,280.

Coming out on top of this field was ‘boom345’, who took home the biggest share of this prize pool, winning INR 2,72,002, while his heads-up opponent ‘intothepit33’ had to settle for the runners-up prize of INR 1,83,586. The tournament came to an end at 1:03am today morning in Level #44, with the blinds running at 21,000/42,000 – 5,250.

The two had almost identical chip stacks going into the final hand, with intothepit33 having 1,114,708 in chips and boom345 having 1,187,792 in chips. In this final hand, boom345 went all-in after seeing the 3h 8c 4d flop and hitting a pair of eights, while his opponent called with As Kc.
