APT Hanoi Billions 2023: Siddharth Jolly Ships Tick Tock BOOM Event

Siddharth Jolly, an Indian poker player has shined brightly at the Asian Poker Tour (APT) Hanoi Billions 2023. The player has managed to win his first live title in Event #46: VND 5 Million Tick Tock BOOM at the National Convention Center in Hanoi.

Jolly managed to outperform a field of 139 participants to win the event and earn VND 145.615 Million (~₹5 Lakh). Jolly defeated Sam Anand in an all-Indian heads-up to claim the top prize, while the second place finish earned Anand VND 98.90 Million (~₹3.40 Lakh).

Siddharth Mundada  claimed the 5th place earning VND 43.26 Million (~₹1.49 Lakh), while Varun Ganjoo finished 11th to pocket VND 12.13 Million (~₹41,648) while Zarvan Tumboli earned VND 8.13 Million (~₹27,914) for a 19th place finish in the event.

These performances come as a significant achievement for the Indian contingent at APT Hanoi Billions 2023. We have seen a lot of consistent performances, which resulted in final table appearances and multiple deep runs by the Indian players this time around.

The APT Hanoi Billions 2023 Main Event is yet another event to look forward to with the event enroute its record-breaking trajectory. Citing the number of entries in the first two flights, it would not be wrong to see the APT Taipei’s record of 1,434 entries for the Main Event to be easily shattered with the prize pool sitting at VND 44.50 Billion. 

With the Indian contingent shining brighter than ever at the ongoing APT Hanoi Billions 2023, it remains interesting to see which poker pro manages to bring glory to the nation like Siddharth Jolly in the remaining events.
