The online felts were bursting with activity on Monday night as poker players headed to their favourite poker platforms to grind. There were a lot of high-octane action on platforms like Spartan Poker, PokerBaazi, PokerStars, and Adda52. Among the top winners of the night were Anuj Yadav, Archit Dhawal, Atishay Samuel and others. Here’s a full lowdown of the action.
Spartan Poker’s Mega Stack event had a ₹18 Lakh guarantee and a buy-in worth ₹4,400. A total of 453 entries participated in the event. 219 were unique players, 86 were re-entries, and 148 were rebuys. The final prize pool was ₹18,12,000 which surpassed the initial guarantee. The top 39 places were paid and the min-cash stood at ₹12,502. The winner of the event was mystery player ‘Chip Magnet’ who had a payday worth ₹3,63,306. The runner-up was Venkatesh Mukundan aka ‘Balthazar’ who pocketed ₹2,41,539 in prize money.
The Tuesday High Roller was shipped by poker pro Anuj Yadav aka ‘br0ckLesnar95’ for ₹4,88,104 while the runner up was Manish Lakhotia aka ‘thekid’ who walked away with ₹3,29,800. There were a total of 194 entries. Out of which 87 were unique entries, 36 were re-entries, and 71 were rebuys. The guaranteed prize pool was crushed, and the final amount was ₹19,40,000. The buy-in of the event was ₹11,000 and the top 17 places were paid. The min-cash was ₹30,458.
The Mint on Adda52 welcomed 392 runners in total which comprised of 198 registered players and 194 re-entries. The event was shipped by Archit Dhawal aka ‘Aarchit’ who took home ₹3,47,200 in prize money. The runner-up was ‘rockeritza9’ who walked away with ₹2,10,000. The ₹3,850 buy-in event saw the top 43 players finish in the money and the min-cash was ₹7,700.
The Endeavour on PokerBaazi crushed its advertised guarantee of ₹12 Lakh and generated a prize pool worth ₹15,71,000. The ₹3,850 buy-in event had a total of 449 entries made up of 228 unique players and 221 re-entries. The top 54 places were paid and the min-cash was ₹7,230. It was Atishay Samuel aka ‘nutscracker’ who shipped the event and pocketed ₹3,16,000 in prize money. Poker pro Mithun Mahesh aka ‘thepokeraja’ was the runner-up for ₹2,21,000.
The PokerStars’ Bounty Builder event welcomed a total of 118 entries which was made up of 71 unique players and 47 re-entries. The event had a ₹7,700 buy-in and the top 13 places were paid. The min-cash stood at ₹12,739. Amit J aka ‘the_ziro’ shipped the event and scored ₹1,16,830 in bounty money and ₹1,15,696 from the regular prize pool. The runner-up was Neel Joshi aka ‘Worm236’ who accumulated ₹61,277 in bounty knockouts and ₹1,15,696 from the regular prize pool.
