Ankur Kumar claims his second title in one week on Spartan

Ankur Kumar aka ‘FLOPZILA’ ships the Big Daddy tournament on The Spartan Poker for INR 95,000 and also a package trip worth INR 30,000 to Goa last night. In the last week Kumar had also won Triple Bubble tournament for INR 1,77,487 outlasting a field of 200 entries.

Coming back to this Sunday’s Big Daddy, the tournament drew a total of 489 entries where the prize pool was shared with top 45 places with a min-cash of INR 2,750. Kumar defeated ‘nucky888’ in the heads-up battle who took home INR 68,750 for the second place finish.

The final hand of the tournament came in the Level #38 with the blinds running at 15,000-30,000-3,000. Heads-up opponents nucky888 had [7d Ks] and FLOPZILA had [Qc Kc] where both went pre-flop all-in to see the showdown of Kh Td 6s 5d 3h. Both the players hits a King-pair but FLOPZILA won with Queen kicker.

Speaking about the champion, Kumar has also won a Goa Poker Package worth INR 30,000. The package contains Flight Tickets to and fro (Worth Rs 15,000), 2 Night Hotel Stay(Worth Rs 13,000) and a Free Entry to The Big Daddy Casino in Goa ( Worth Rs 2,000).

Speaking about high value tournaments, starting from this Monday, 8 October,  the exciting Spartan Super Series (SSS) will take place at Spartan featuring a total of 37 tournaments and a series prize pools in excess of INR 4.5 Crores!
