Yuvraj Singh Felicitates Winners At PokerBaazi’s Night Of Glory

Former cricketer Yuvraj Singh graced the Night of Glory event by PokerBaazi. The event which was held in Delhi saw Singh felicitating the podium finishers. The former cricketing heavy-weight brought the much needed star power to the event and medal winners happily posed with Singh for a picture, making it a night to remember. Actress cum poker player Anita Hassanandani was also present at the event and was seen felicitating the players.

PokerBaazi: NPS 2024

The National Poker Series by PokerBaazi created quite the stir this year. Keeping up with its tradition of having a blockbuster series, NPS 2024 did not disappoint with its numbers. Overall the event recorded 2.3+ Lakh entries and the final series prize pool was ₹62.5+ Crore.

National Poker Series 2024 

When it came to the top three series winners, we have Deepak Singh who took the gold medal. Singh who hails from Delhi had clinched 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal during the event. Similarly, Abhishek Sonu from Bihar and Samay Singh Modi from Mumbai took the silver and bronze medals respectively.

Talking about the medal tally, Maharashtra topped the list with 100+ medal wins whereas Delhi came in second with 81 medals to its credit. Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Karnataka, took the third, fourth and fifth spots respectively in the medal tally. Players from tier-II cities like Imphal, Chamba, Una and Agra also made a significant mark in the series.

The Night of Glory also saw a brilliant set from stand up comic Abhishek Upamanyu and popular DJ NYK made sure the night was filled with foot-tapping beats. Overall, the event was a grand success with players enjoying their time in the spotlight.
