WSOPE: Pulkit Goyal leads Day 1B of Mini Main Event

King’s Casino, Rozvadov is jammed with poker players, juggling their way to grab a prestigious World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) gold bracelet. Day 1B of Event #3 wrapped up yesterday and yet another player made the most of the day. Indian contender Pulkit Goyal bagged the largest stack pushing several hopefuls down the list.

The €1,350 Mini Main Event attracted a total number of 214 entries all chipping in €1,350 buy-in. As the battle intensified, only 43 competitors managed to bag at the end of the day. Goyal lifted 1,518,000 chips and made it to the books yesterday evening. Day 1B was in favour of both countrymates including Nitin Jain who battled his way up the list to rest in 6th position for bagging an impressive 801,000 chips.

Goyal earned his career-best live cash of $36k in the 2019 Tips and Kenta Main Event, Rozvadov for finishing 5th. He is a frequent face at King’s Casino and in addition to this, he did well in the 2019 WSOP Circuit Mini Main Event for finishing in 8th earlier this month.
