Another action-packed day for the entire poker world as the 2020 World Series goes online on WSOP.com and GGPoker. So, let’s quickly go back and unveil the winners of Event #36: $1,500 Fifty Stack NLHE and Event #22: $500 No-Limit Hold’em Turbo Deepstack.
The 36th event of GGPoker registered a strong field of 1,342 entries, generating a massive prize pool of $1.91 million. Taking home his first ever WSOP bracelet was Michael ‘YesPlease’ Clacher who took down the tourney claiming $297,496 in top prize. According to Hendon Mob, Clacher’s lifetime earnings display $25,000 and now he has collected his career-best and first cash ever on his poker network.
Money reached the top 188 players who locked $3.3K which included several Indians enthusiasts as well including ‘OBellaCiao’ ($5,027), ‘Ghayal’ ($4,381), ‘Gwagon92’ ($3,328).
The first casualty from final table was Mexico’s Jose ‘Machenzzio’ Davilla soon Viktor ‘Ryuzaki1’ Zsemlye followed the club who couldn’t stand Vieira’s queens. With Rich ‘DadPoker’ Dixon falling in 7th place, it was time for India’s Neel ‘Neel’ Joshi to move out in the 6th place. Joshi lost all chips to Olivier ‘BigPapyBoss’ Rebello who himself walked out in the third place, giving way to heads-up between Michael ‘YesPlease’ Clacher (50 million chips) and Rodrigo ‘PAPAI_PIG’ Caprioli (17 million chips).
The flop 4s 5h 9c appeared on the board and Clacher checked and called after Caprioli’s bet. Both checked to see the turn 10c. With Qc on the river, Clacher bet 1.2 million on which Caprioli shoved. Clacher picked up the title for his QQ along with $297,496 in top prize!

On WSOP.com Event #22: $500 No-Limit Hold’em Turbo Deepstack kicked off with 1,579 entries players accumulating $710,550 prize pool. After seven hours, New York’s Allan ‘Treeoflife’ Cheung claimed the gold bracelet for $120,082 in first prize. The champion has three prior cashes in the online series. The first was 248th in Event #10: $600 Monster Stack for $1,008, followed by 156th in Event #11: $500 NLH Turbo Deepstack 6-Handed for $913. The third came in Event #16: $500 NLH Turbo when he placed 113th for $963.
Among those who cashed include Anthony ‘heheh’ Zinno (93rd – $1,065), Melisa ‘NJ_’ Melisa Singh (86th – $1,207), Erica ‘huckcheevers’ Lindgren (69th – $1,492), Robert ‘bustinballs’ Kuhn (40th – $2,415), Daniel ‘DNegs’ Negreanu (32nd – $2,913), Mike ‘mouth123’ Matusow (10th – $7,247) and so on.
The first to go out in the FT was Robert ‘Nvrstsfie’ Natividad. In the 5th place. Terrell ‘heezahustla’ Cheatham went out followed by Daniel ‘juice’ Buzgon. And Brian ‘JackBogle’ Altman exited in the third place after which heads-up began between Myles ‘Shipthemoney’ Kotler and Allan ‘Treeoflife’ Cheung. The latter took down the tourney with Aces and claimed his first-ever gold bracelet.
