With all the teams locking down their players after the captains and owners competed for nearly five hours during the auction, we are all set to witness the 5th edition of the tournament. Laksh Pal Singh © was picked to be the captain of the Mumbai Anchors team for the 5th PSL season. He is all set to take charge of a contingent that consists of Alok Birewar as the wildcard pick. Ankit Wadhawan (₹3,60,000) joins the team as the most expensive pro pick of the PSL 5 season, with Akshay Nasa as the second pro.

Simran Malhotra managed a seat for herself on the team as the women’s qualifier while Nitin Gulati, Shravan Kapur, Avinash Tauro, Dhirendhra Kumar, Nikaas Masani, and Honey Bijlani make up the rest of the squad.

Mumbai Anchors finished as the second-last team on the leaderboard at the 4th edition of Poker Sports League. After making major revamps in the team, they are likely to propel through to the virtual stages.

It is also worth noting that the performances of Laksh Pal Singh and Ankit Wadhawan will majorly impact the team’s overall outing in the event. It remains interesting to see what the future holds for Mumbai Anchors in this upcoming edition of Pocket52 Poker Sports League.
