She received the Fulbright scholarship after Yale and was in Spain before returning to the United States and joining McKinsey & Company as a business consultant.

In 2012, she returned to Yale Law School and received her J.D. degree. She was also an executive producer and trainer of an online poker-related site named DeucesCracked during this period.
