USOP Hai Phong 2024 Visa Requirements

A valid visa is mandatory while visiting Vietnam. One needs to obtain this visa well in advance along with confirmed flight tickets and travel itinerary. We’ve listed down the visa requirements for Vietnam below:

Apply for Vietnam e-visa online

• One can visit Vietnam’s official immigration website: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn.
• Provide personal, passport, and travel details to complete the online application form.
• You need to upload the scanned copy of your valid Indian passport along with a recent passport-sized photograph.
• Pay the e-visa fee of approximately $25-30 (~₹2,100).
• You will receive the e-visa by email within 3-5 business days.

Apply for Vietnam visa on arrival

• You need to visit a Vietnam-based travel agency or visa service online to apply for an approval letter.
• Submit your application and payment, your approval letter will be shared via email in 2-3 business days.
• Print the approval letter and carry it with two passport-sized photos at the arrival counters.
• Complete payment of the stamping fee to receive your visa on arrival.
