Spartan Poker’s Tuesday flagship, Mega Stack INR 20 Lakh GTD took place last night. The tourney logged in 648 entries who registered for a buy-in of INR 3,300. Benefitting the most from the final prize pool was Sumit Sapra aka ‘Sands Myth’ after defeating Amar Mehta aka ‘Laughing Buddha’ in heads-up. Last week, the champion bagged the Ultron title and he is also the latest UVS Millionaire Lite winner!
Assuring INR 7.5 Lakh in prize pool, the INR 1,650 buy-in tournament The Race brought together 528 entries that helped collect INR 7.92 Lakh on Spartan Poker. The field whittled down to heads-up between ‘andydlf3’ and Gaurav Sood aka ‘mozzie17’. The former outlasted Sood and added the top prize into his wallet while the latter earned the runner-up position.
Tuesday signature tourney on PokerBaazi, The Endeavour INR 15 Lakh GTD drew a field of 413 entries. The top 54 players finished in the money earning INR 6.9K. The last man standing was ‘ayyappa1963’ who conquered the field and took down the event for INR 3.02 Lakh in prize money while Kunal Patni aka ‘VasooliChacha’ secured the second-place payout of INR 2.11 Lakh. Alok Birewar aka ‘TheProfessional’ followed next for INR 1.39 Lakh.
Boasting INR 25 Lakh in guarantee, the AOPS Cowboys kicked off last night on Adda52. Pulling in a pretty good field, the top 63 fighters took home a share from the final prize pool. Jairam Parab aka ‘Keyser_Soze’ powered through the field and added a prestigious title along with INR 5.87 Lakh in prize money after defeating ‘Dealer11’ in heads-up who bagged INR 3.42 Lakh.
Another attraction on Tuesday on Adda52 was AOPS Hexagram INR 8 Lakh GTD. Earning a lion’s portion of the final prize pool was circuit reg Sethuram Kannan aka ‘acepoker7325’ who secured the AOPS title along with INR 1.87 Lakh in top prize. His opponent ‘anonymously_pro’ earned INR 1.65 Lakh while Chirag Bhardwaj aka ‘mahikk’ settled in the third place for INR 1.24 Lakh. The top 49 players walked out with a min-cash of INR 5K.
At 11 pm last night on Adda52, AOPS Afterparty PKO kicked off for a buy-in of INR 1,100. Riding past a host of regs was Shreyas Chopra aka ‘Shreyas2903’ who claimed the prize money INR 75,000 after knocking out his opponent ‘Danger3040’ in heads-up. The latter banked INR 45,450 for finishing in the second place.
PokerStars India hosted Super Tuesday INR 5 Lakh GTD which clocked in 187 runners. The INR 2,750 buy-in event saw the top 31 players walking out with a min-cash of INR 4.9K. Ultimately, it was Md Zeeshan aka ‘BuLsEye0’ who topped the field for INR 99K in first place prize money after defeating Rohan Soman aka ‘Rsmincer’ in heads-up who seized INR 74K.
The major attraction of PokerStars India last night was INR 8 Lakh GTD Sixth Sense. Garnering a field of 276 entries that helped create INR 8.28 Lakh in prize pool. Racing ahead of the rest was Shashank Shekhar aka ‘Goldfish097’ who claimed the day for INR 1.49 Lakh in first prize after beating Ranjeet Negi aka ‘Bedevilforyou’ who earned INR 1.08 Lakh for settling in the runner-up position.
