On Tuesday night, poker players rushed to the online felts once again to take down top poker titles. The high-value tournaments on brands saw a flurry of activity and various players managed to ship title spots. Here is a full low down on the action.
Spartan Poker’s Mega Stack had a total of 589 entries and was a complete success. The initial guarantee was crushed with ₹17,67,000 being the final prize pool amount. Those who made it to the top 55 places finished in the money. The min-cash amount was ₹8,658.
Mystery player ‘axone’ shipped the tournament and pocketed a prize money of ₹3,42,798. Following him was player Anish Arora aka ‘HotsForTheSlots’ who received ₹2,17,341 in prize money.
A total of 343 entries made their way to PokerBaazi’s the Endeavour event on Tuesday night. The action-packed tournament also surpassed its advertised guarantee with ₹12,01,000 as the final prize pool. The top 45 places were paid a min-cash of ₹6,722.
Player ‘Apocalypto’ shipped the tournament and added ₹2,52,000 to his bankroll. In the runner up position was a player named ‘wonderwomen24’ who took home ₹1,76,000 in prize money.
The Mint event on Adda52 was a success with 400 total entries participating. The ₹3,850 buy-in tournament ran through the night and the top 43 entries made the money. The min-cash in the event was ₹7,700.
Shashank Shekhar aka ‘Goldfish03’ clinched the tournament and took home a pay cheque of ₹3,47,200 for his win. The runner up was Ram Kakkar aka ‘mowgumotu’ who walked away with ₹2,10,000 in his kitty.
Players on PokerStars were in for an intense night of action with the Bounty Builder event. The ₹10 Lakh guarantee tournament had a buy-in of ₹7,700. The top 13 places were paid, and the min-cash was ₹13,941.
Poker pro Mithun Mahesh aka ‘ThePokerRajaIN’ was the night’s big winner after shipping the tournament. Mahesh added ₹2,52,395 to his bankroll. Mystery player ‘Jaffery25’ was the runner up with ₹1,72,185 in prize money.
