Thursday Round Up: Siddharth Pandey Ships Spartan Poker’s Trending Thursday Event

This Thursday, some of the biggest online poker rooms witnessed phenomenal participation from poker players. The online poker felts were buzzing with activity and many players were rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Here’s the full report on what happened this Thursday.

Godfather – 25 Lakh GTD

The action on Thursday continued on Adda52, as the poker platform held on its biggest weekly event – Godfather. A total 478 entries entered the playing field which had a buy-in of INR 5,500. But it was the top 49 that fought their way through and were paid a min-cash of INR 13,750 as prize money. The Godfather title of the week went to player ‘dillan747’ who earned a big amount of INR 5,51,808 in winnings. Coming in second was player ‘ShamalDas’ taking home INR 4,23,192 as prize money.

Trending Thursday – 16 Lakh GTD

Every Thursday, Spartan Poker hosts one of its much-loved tournaments – Trending Thursday. The tournament had a buy-in of INR 3,850 and had a total of 571 entries. Players were ecstatic as the advertised guarantee was crushed by a good margin. The final prize pool was recorded as INR 19,98,500. The top 47 entries took a piece of the prize pool with each walking away with a min-cash of INR 11,391. The tournament ended in a deal between players Siddharth Pandey aka ‘champ-ak’ and Subhojit Roy aka ‘subhojitR.’ They took home winnings worth INR 2,65,974 and INR 2,50,287 respectively.

The Summit – 15 Lakh GTD

PokerBaazi was another platform heating up the competition and the excitement with the Summit event. The buy-in for this tournament was INR 8,250. A total of 223 entries took part in this competition and the top 27 were awarded a min-cash of INR 13,880. Anonymous player ‘aryamancr7’ shipped the tournament and took home INR 3,94,000 in prize money. Following him was Vikram Mishra aka ‘Poker_lover’ with INR 2,76,000 added in his bank account.
