Poker players were on the edge of their seats with the multiple mega tournaments hosted across all platforms. The online circuit was buzzing with activity as some of the highest value tournaments were hosted on Spartan Poker, Adda52, and PokerBaazi. The day saw many players fight their way to the top spots of these tournaments. Here’s the complete low down.
Spartan Poker had the biggest tournament of the day with The Millionaire Day 2. Five flights with a buy-in of INR 5,500 were held for this mega event with 291 entries making it to Day 2. The battle ended with 287 entries making in the money (ITM), and a min-cash of INR 9,200. The lucrative first prize with INR 16,86,000 in winnings went to player Vishal Bajaj aka ‘CrownUpJr.’ The second place was taken up by Gaurav Sharma aka ‘Gaush’ who took home INR 9,32,000. One of the best female players in the Indian poker circuit, Kanchan Sharma aka ‘Midge Maisel’ made it to third place.
Sunday Superstack tournament is another Spartan Poker special that has drawn many players to the poker platform. This Sunday, the tournament had a total of 730 entries, all of who paid a buy-in of INR 4,400 to participate. Ultimately, it was the top 71 places that walked home with a min-cash of INR 11,400. The best piece of this prize pool was taken by mystery player ‘LorenzoVonMatterhorn’ who walked away with INR 5,79,000 in winnings. Following him was another mystery player ‘MentalScience’ with INR 3,64,800 as prize money.
Adda52’s Mega Suits saw some exciting action with 593 total entries fighting to grab the title spot. In the end, the INR 5,500 buy-in tournament saw the top 63 places getting paid. Shashank Jain aka ‘felter’ clinched the top spot with INR 7,05,000 in his pockets. Online reg Sanat Mehrotra aka ‘mehro2511’ was the runner-up with INR 4,11,000 in prize money.
This flagship tournament by Adda52 saw a total number of 244 entries pay a buy-in of INR 11,000 to battle it out on the online felts. Out of these entries, the top 24 players got paid and it was Kanav Parwal aka ‘alibaba_kings’ who took the biggest piece of the prize pool with INR 6,86,250 as winnings. Next up was player ‘vibaks’ with INR 4,00,000 in the bank.
This Sunday, PokerBaazi held its SuperStack tournament and welcomed a sea of 392 total entries. The buy-in for the event was INR 5,500 with the top 45 places getting paid a min-cash of INR 11,200. Player Pratibh Saluja aka ‘pratibhsaluja’ took home INR 4,20,000 as the winner. He defeated Ashish Ahuja aka ‘rocky3705’ who came in second and cashed INR 2,94,000.

Bringing Spartan Poker’s Ultimate Value Series to a spectacular end, the UVS Main Event with a buy-in of INR 1,100 saw a total of 1,037 entries. The final prize pool of the tournament was INR 10,37,000 which surpassed the advertised guarantee. The top 103 places took home a min-cash of INR 2,799. It was mystery player ‘Ekatvam’ who entered a deal with reg Siddhanth Kripalani aka ‘PluRibu$’ and was then crowned the new UVS Main Event winner. Both took home winnings worth INR 1,96,407 and INR 1,20,188 respectively.
The Sunday Showdown at Adda52 with a buy-in of INR 2,500 witnessed a total of 475 entries. The final prize pool was INR 10,68,755 which surpassed the initial prize pool. The top 53 places were paid. Aditya Degala aka ‘eatingseeds’ nabbed the top spot with prize money worth INR 2,00,755. Following him was player ‘sweatmyass13’ with INR 1,47,152 in winnings.
