Steven or Steve Aoki isn’t your typical pro poker player. In fact, he does not even have a professional career in playing the card game. The Miami-born star is an American electro-house musician, DJ, record producer, as well as a music executive.

Residing in Las Vegas, Nevada, Aoki is an audio programmer and music producer who has several Billboard hit songs. He is known to be amongst one of the richest DJs today. Let’s have a look at Steve Aoki career, poker earnings, and net worth!

Steve Aoki Career

Born on the 30th of November 1977 in Florida, Steve Aoki was raised in Newport Beach before he graduated from Newport Harbor High School. If reports are to be believed, he started playing chess and was quite good at it during school and college.

Later on, he started to make remixes of various artists, with those songs going viral via his YouTube and Twitter.

His remix of ‘Forever’ reached the top of ‘Hype Machine’s chart in 2009. Aoki went on to release his debut solo album, named ‘Wonderland,’ in 2012. Over the years, Aoki has collaborated with a lot of popular artists across the globe and released several albums.

Some of the famous artists he has worked with are Linkin Park, Lil Jon, Iggy Azalea, Will.I.Am, blink-182, Fall Out Boy, Afrojack, Rise Against, BTS, and Backstreet Boys. It is worth noting that Aoki has been the highest-grossing dance artist in North America across various points in his career.
