SPiCE India Merges With SPiCE Sri Lanka; Shifts To Colombo 

SPiCE India has announced its plans to merge with SPiCE Sri Lanka which will take place between 26th and 28th February 2024. Earlier, the SPiCE India 2024 edition was scheduled to take place in Goa while the Sri Lanka edition was set to take place in July 2024. However, the merger will now see the upcoming event held at the Shangri-La Colombo Hotel in Sri Lanka.

The SPiCE India and Sri Lanka Merger 2024 is expected to have high-profile attendees, which makes it a fantastic event to look forward to. The organising committee has also planned a glamorous pre and post-event party while scheduling a poker tournament for all the attendees.

Some of the major talking points expected to be discussed in the upcoming SPiCE India and Sri Lanka Merger will be the gaming industry’s future across South Asia. It will also focus on key areas that are major talking points in the gaming industry, including various insights regarding gaming and regulation across South Asia and Sri Lanka. 

It is expected to include the industry opinion on the current stance of the Indian government regarding gaming and regulation.

Following the SPiCE India and Sri Lanka Merger, the brand will hold its next stop of the SPiCE Series 2024 in the Philippines (25th – 27th September 2024) with plans to enter further emerging markets in Asia and the Middle East.

The first day of the event is all set to host the SPiCE India and Sri Lanka conference, with a SP’iCE’ Breaker pre-event party scheduled to end the day. The main agenda on the second day remains the SPiCE India and Sri Lanka conference and expo, followed up with the SPiCE Eventus Awards & SPiCE after-party. 

The third and final day will host the SPiCE India and Sri Lanka conference and expo before hosting a networking drinks event with a $150 buy-in poker tournament scheduled to call it curtains for the event.

After careful consideration with our partners, we’ve decided to relocate SPiCE India 2024 to Colombo, Sri Lanka, merging SPiCE India and SPiCE Sri Lanka into a bigger, better event. The SPiCE India & Sri Lanka Merger is scheduled to take place from 26th – 28th February 2024 at the luxurious Shangri-La Colombo hotel.”
