Sagar Raj Ships DPT Grand Rush, Takes Home ₹18 Lakh
The DPT Grand 2024 is currently going on in sunny, sandy Goa at the Deltin Royale Casino. And we have one of the first winners of the tournament, who is none other than Sagar Raj. He has shipped the DPT Grand Rush event, taking home an impressive amount of ₹18.3 Lakh. With this, Raj became the first DPT Bracelet winner in the history of the Deltin Poker Tournament.
Raj entered the final table with the fourth largest stack and had some fierce poker battles on his hand. He defeated Ramji Kishore in a heads-up play, and the latter took home ₹13 Lakh. In the final hand, Sagar exhuded confidence, going all in with A ♣ K ♠, winning over Ramji’s A ♦ 5 ♣, with the table showed up with 7 ♣ 4 ♣ Q ♣ 3 ❤ 9 ❤
It’s commendable that Raj worked through a list of some of the most skilled poker players, including Kunal Patni, who was the captain of the winning team, Deccan Aces, at Poker Sports League Season 6 this year. The names in the final list reveal the success of the DPT Grand Rush Final.

DPT Grand 2024 has fifteen exciting events, including five bracelet events, so the crowd should be ready for four more DPT bracelet winners in this edition. The buy-ins for these events range from ₹15,000 to ₹1,25,000. We will keep you updated with all the winners of the series that’s currently ongoing in Goa.
The DPT Grand is scheduled to run from the 22nd to the 28th of October. It is a hybrid event, with some satellite events also pencilled into the schedule. The sattys allowed entrants a seat into various live events, including entries into the Grand Championship, PLO and NLH Bounty, and so on and so forth.
