Ram Kakkar Becomes The Adda52 Game Ambassador

Poker pro Ram Kakkar has won Adda52 Champions Leaderboard (ACL) 2022 to become the next Adda52 Pro. He takes home a contract worth ₹20 Lakh. He beat Ashit Sharma in the heads-up to win the title. 

Nine players had made it to the final table, which was played at Deltin Royale casino in Goa, and was live-streamed on Adda52’s official YouTube handle. The FT went on for almost five hours before crowning its champion.

Kakkar’s winning hand was pocket nines. Ashit Sharma with his 9 ♦ 5 ♦ succumbed on the A ♦ 4 ❤ 6 ♦ 8 ♣ 2 ♣ board to take the runner-up spot.

We got in touch with Kakkar to know from the pro himself how he feels. An excited Kakkar said, “The live event was full of fun experiences like the fly dining and the yacht party, amongst other things. Wonderful to meet the players in person and get to know them. Adda52 did a great job in putting everything together, production, marketing, backend and everything else. The finale itself was fun and a very good game against some very good players. I’m grateful I could take it down.”

Talking about the ACL as a completion, he says, “It’s a great concept, is ACL. It’s a wonderful opportunity for players of different skill levels and all buy-ins to make it to the Finale. There are also tons of opportunities, in terms of monthly leaderboards and quarterly SnGs, to qualify.
