Rajat Mahajan Ships Destiny On Spartan Poker For 4.7 Lakh


Poker players picked up steam as they took to the virtual felts on Wednesday night. Poker platforms like Spartan Poker, Adda52, and PokerBaazi hosted their marquee tournaments which drew in a good number of players. Let’s take a look at the poker action which unfolded last night.

Destiny – ₹22 Lakh GTD

Spartan Poker held its Destiny tournament which attracted a total of 446 entries and the buy-in stood at ₹5,500. The tournament surpassed its advertised guarantee and the final prize pool was ₹22,30,000. The top 40 players were paid and the min-cash was ₹13,380. The tournament was shipped by well-known player Rajat Mahajan aka ‘SlugaBed’ who pocketed ₹4,70,842 in prize money. The runner-up was Kumar Jaikiran aka ‘GOLI SODA’ who walked home with ₹3,58,897.

Maverick – ₹15 Lakh GTD

Adda52 hosted its staple Maverick tournament which attracted 538 total entries. The ₹2,750 buy-in event was a success and the top 55 players finished in the money. The min-cash stood at ₹5,250. Player Aditya Singh aka ‘konstantin’ took home the title and a pay cheque of ₹3,34,737. The runner-up was player Saurabh Ramola aka ‘Charlizard’ who walked home with ₹2,76,513 in his pockets.

The Pride – ₹10 Lakh GTD

PokerBaazi’s The Pride tournament drew in a total of 343 entries and had a buy-in of ₹3,850. In the end, the tournament generated a final prize pool of ₹12,01,000 which surpassed the original guarantee. The top 45 places were paid and the min-cash stood at ₹6,720. Mystery player ‘borntrouble’ grabbed the tournament title and took home ₹2,15,000 in prize money. Rishabh Gupta aka ‘rgeader’ was the runner-up and walked home with ₹2,13,000.
