Purohit, Lakhotia, And Singh Win Top Titles

As Spartan Poker pro Zarvan Tumboli and Akshay Kapoor nailed top titles and several pros cashed at the ongoing World Poker Tour (WPT) Prime Cambodia 2022, the virtual felts of the domestic platforms continued to rage on with some high-octane action with their tournaments.

Mega Stack – ₹16 Lakh GTD

Mega Stack on Spartan Poker saw 210 entries, 68 re-entries and 154 rebuys generating a final prize pool of ₹17,28,000. The top 39 places finished in the money as the min-cash stood at ₹11,923.

Anant Purohit aka ‘promaco’ and mystery player ‘ZindagiJuaHai’ ended the tourney in a deal as both players cashed ₹2,97,791, and ₹2,79,014, respectively.

Tuesday High Roller – ₹15 Lakh GTD

Mohit Savargaonkar aka ‘OfcourseOfcourse’ shipped the event for the biggest paycheque of ₹4,93,136. Gautham Bansal aka ‘kaana.raja’ finished at the runner-up spot and cashed ₹3,33,200.

India Poker Championship (IPC) Megastacks May 2022 15K Mystery Bounty winner Vivek Singh aka ‘Nutpeddling729’ nailed the top spot for ₹3,91,000, while Nitin Rawat aka ‘Gambler42’ had a payday of ₹2,74,000 at the runner-up spot.

The Mint – ₹14 Lakh GTD

Manish Lakhotia aka ‘newkidpoker’ won this event and added ₹3,51,540 to his bankroll, while mystery player ‘ratansanu’ finished second for ₹2,12,625.

Bounty Builder – ₹10 Lakh GTD

PokerStars’ Bounty Builder saw 79 entries and 71 re-entries battling it out. The top 17 places made it in the money as the min-cash stood at ₹8,641.

Vishal Bajaj aka ‘Vishalb22’ and ‘kabir2298’ ended the tourney in adeal and pocketed ₹95,048 and ₹95,047 respectively. Additionally, Bajaj cashed ₹1,36,470 in bouty money, while ‘kabir2298’ cashed ₹15,859.
