PSL 4: Kolkata Kings’ Mohit Bohra Wins A SnG

The Poker Sports League (PSL) Season 4 finale kick-started in all its glory yesterday. The first day of the finale had six teams battling it out through 12 Sit & Go (SnG) tournaments. Kolkata Kings player Mohit Bohra tasted victory for his team in SnG 2. Apart from Bohra, other players of the team also made a mark by finishing at the second spot on the SnG leaderboards. That’s not all. At the end of Day 1, Kolkata Kings ranks on top of the leaderboard.

Mohit Bohra, who was seen at two final tables namely, DPT April 2022 Main Event and Adda52 Big Millions earlier this week, emerged victorious. Bohra earned 3,000 points for his team by winning the match. The SnG 2 table included pros like Abhishek Goindi from Delhi Czars, Honey Bijlani from Mumbai Anchors, Aniket Waghmare from Goan Nuts, Shuchi Chamaria from Gujarat Falcons, and Vijay Maddhuri from Deccan Aces.

Apart from Bohra, other Kolkata Kings players also made notable progress on Day 1. Pro Ashish Ahuja finished second at SnG 5, Qualifier Ashish Mudgil finished second at SnG 8, FTS 3.0 champion Ankit Wadhawan finished second at SnG 9, Qualifier Rishit Kumar finished second at SnG 11 and Wild Card Priya Agarwal finished second at SnG 12. Each of these players earned 2,000 points each for their team for their second-place finishes.

With all these points, Kolkata Kings recorded a total of 13,000 points, which is higher than any other team, thus dominating the team leaderboard post Day 1.
