The popular Tuesday tournament on Spartan Poker Mega Stack INR 25L GTD garnered a field of 848 entries for a buy-in of INR 3,300. This led to the creation of a slightly bigger prize pool of INR 25.44 Lakh and the top 79 players earned a min-cash. Topping the list and along with the first-place cash prize was Gaurav Sharma aka ‘Gaush’ who eliminated ‘bullets777’ in heads-up and took home the Mega Stack title!
Online grinder Kunal Sharma aka ‘cvc’ took down The Race INR 10L GTD on Spartan Poker last night after 8+ hours of intense grinding. A total of 687 runners pounced on the field after paying INR 1,650 to draw a prize pool of INR 10.30 Lakh. Sharma ultimately knocked out ‘dontknowpoker’ in heads-up and clinched to the winner’s prize money.
The Tuesday flagship tourney on PokerBaazi , The Endeavour INR 15L GTD pulled out a total number of 516 entries after each one chipped in INR 3,850 buy-in. Soon, a prize pool of INR 18.06 Lakh was drawn to be shared among the top 63 places, but it was ‘noplay’ to claim the largest chunk of the same. The winner grabbed INR 3.5 Lakh in prize money after eliminating Ritwik Khanna aka ‘Ritwikkhanna’ in heads-up. Khanna banked the second place payout of INR 2.46 Lakh.
Another attraction on PokerBaazi yesterday was Tuesday MonsterStack INR 3L GTD. The event attracted 117 entries for a buy-in of INR 2,200 and the top 15 players made into the money. After hours of grinding, it was Pranav Anand aka ‘mithrandir16’ who defeated ‘Mrkhan’ in heads-up and seized INR 80,400 in prize money!
The headlining tournament on Adda52 was AOPS Bambolim INR 12.5L GTD which attracted a field of 403 entries after each one contributed INR 4,400. Eventually, the advertised guarantee slightly surpassed to create INR 12.89 Lakh in prize pool, reaching the top 43 players. Outlasting the field was ‘buntai’ who collected 10 bounties on his way and added INR 3.19 Lakh to his poker bankroll. The champion beat Ashish Munot aka ‘ragspoker’ in heads-up who banked INR 1.93 Lakh.
PokerStars hosted INSCOOP – 28 Sixth Sense INR 15L GTD last night. The event saw 337 entries taking their seat after paying INR 4,400. The top 65 players ended in the money, locking at east INR 7K. And eventually, after 8+ hours of long battle, it was Sourabh Gehlot aka ‘ravenvlaw410’ who triumphed the field for INR 2.31 Lakh in prize money after the players settled for a heads-up deal that saw Pranay Chawla aka ‘aankhdikhatahai’. Chawla secured INR 2.18 Lakh for settling in the second place.
