She’s currently the chip leader among the final 12 players on the last two tables and is likely to finish in the money if she continues like this. Check out the top three stacks right now:

Milena Mezhuieva shoved all-in with KQ against Simran Malhotra‘s Big Slick. The board of 4  2 ♠ 6 ♠ T ♦ K ♣ brought not much change sending Mezhuieva away. But hey, did she really go away?! Hell no! She immediately rushed to the registration desk to fire a second and final bullet.

Queens Stand By Queen Kanchan Sharma As She Ships Ladies NLHFemale pro Kanchan Sharma has shipped the WPT Prime India 2023 Ladies NLH event to claim her first-ever WPT title. And what a hand to claim the ultimate crown?! The Agra-girl took down the title with pocket queens as her winning hand. In the heads-up with Radhika Shankar, ‘poker mom’ shoved all-in with A ♣ 9 ♠, and was called by the high-stacked Sharma. The board of 6 5  7  7  4  brought no relief to Shankar. Sharma who was leading the event for the most part of the event, gracefully lifted her WPT trophy.

Sharma takes home the WPT trophy and ₹1,33,000 top prize. Shankar cashed ₹80,000 for her second place finish. For more details about her victory, click here.

Simran Malhotra And Simran Sharma Finish Fourth And Third

Simran Malhotra shoved her 17K all-in and was called by Radhika Shankar. The board fanned out Q6J83, and Shankar’s AK stood tall against Malhotra’s A5. Malhotra took the fourth spot and pocketed ₹32,620.

Just a few hands later, Simran Sharma had to exit the table at the third spot. She took home a pay cheque of ₹50,000. 

Sudipta And Maria Bow Out At The Hands Of Radhika

Sudipta was busted by Radhika Shankar. Although we do not have much details about the hand, we know that Sudipta was down to 5K, while Shankar had 45K.

A few hands later Shankar went on to bust Maria Kirloskar with her A6 on the board of AQ3TA, while Kirloskar busted with pocket fours.

Maureen Bloechlinger Takes The Seventh Spot

Maureen Bloechlinger pushed her 17K onto the table from the big blind with A4. Kanchan Sharma called with pocket sixes. The board brought 46228 to show Bloechlinger the exit door.

Pratibha Arya And Milena Mezhuieva Among The First Casualties On The FT

Adda52 Game Ambassador Pratibha Arya and Milena Mezhuieva have exited the FT of the Ladies NLH event. Arya was the first casualty after she shoved her 34K with A  3  after Kanchan Sharma raised 10K pre-flop. Sharma, who is among the top stacks called with A ♠ J ♠. The board fanned out KJKQT to send Arya away at the ninth place.

A few hands later, Mezhuieva’s AQ succumbed to Sharma’s K8 on the 644K6 board. Mezhuieva took the eighth spot.

Adda52 Game Ambassador Maria Kirloskar (A ♦ K ♦ ) locked horns with Laveena Belani (J  Q  ) who moved all-in with 8K. Kirloskar makes the call and sees a board of 4 ♠ 7 ♦ T ♦ K ♠ 2 ♠. Kirloskar paired her King on the board and that led to her rival’s elimination from the Ladies NLH event at the WPT Prime India 2023.

Payouts Announced

284 Entries On WPT Prime India 2023 Main Event Day 1BThe payouts for the Ladies NLH event have been announced. The event will pay out the top four players. A total prize pool of ₹2,95,620 was generated by 26 entries who paid the buy-in of ₹12,500 to play this event.

Muskan Sethi Finds An Exit

LEVEL: 10, BLINDS: 800/1,600, ANTE 1,600

PokerBaazi pro Muskan Sethi had to exit from the ladies NLH event. She succumbed at the hands of Maria Kirloskar. Sethi flopped a Q-pair with her Q6, however, it was of no use against Kirloskar’s Pocket Rockets. The board ran out Q  3 ♦ 5  2 ♣ 9 ♦ . Sethi had to walk away after enjoying a decent run. Currently, 12 players are left in the field.

End Of Late Registrations

The late registration period has ended at the Ladies NLH event. The series has recorded a total of 26 entries. Out of these approximately 3 places will be paid, as per the decision of the organisers to pay 12.5% of the field. A few players also re-entered the field after busting including Mezhuieva, who fired a third bullet and Bloechlinger, who entered for the second time.

Currently, there are 16 women grinding on two tables. The field still has notable names like Maria Kirloskar, Kanchan Sharma, Radhika Shankar, Muskan Sethi, Pratibha Arya and Simran Malhotra. 

Two Players Less On The Field

Within just a few minutes, Table 25  saw two bust-outs. First, it was Add52 Game Ambassador Pratibha Arya who got rid of Taruna Kamdar. Arya’s AQ overpowered Kamdar’s Dimes on the board of Q ♦ 4 ♣ 2  5 ♦ 6  .

Shuchi Chamaria Bows Out

Just a few hands after busting Meeta Khatri, Shuchi Chamaria‘s tournament life came to an end. She was up against Muskan Sethi who held 8 ♦ 7. Chamaria shoved all-in from the button with 9 ♦ 9  in hand. Sethi called from the big blind. The board opened to Q ♣ 7 ♣ 7 ♠ 3 ♦ K ♦ . 

The PokerBaazi pro got a three-of-a-kind to scoop the pot, while Chamaria had to walk away empty-handed.

A current count of 20 entries has been registered to the WPT India Ladies Event, with Simran Malhotra, Shuchi Chamaria, and Muskan Sethi taking their seats recently. Registration is on until the start of Level 7 of this tournament.

Women Power At WPT Prime India 2023 Ready To #UnfoldGlory

The Ladies NLH event here at the WPT Prime India 2023 is all set to begin. As the name suggests it is a women-exclusive event, which will take place at 7 PM on 15th April 2023 at the Deltin Royale Casino in Goa. The event has a buy-in of ₹12,500. Every player will get a starting stack of 15,000 chips to play this event. 

The registrations will stay on till the start of Level 7. Every level will last for 20 minutes each. 12.5% of the total entries will be paid out. We can expect some fireworks at the Ladies event?!
