Lately, a few millionaires around the world have started listing their Las Vegas mansions and properties for sale. The extravagant and luxurious houses owned by these prominent names in the world have caught internet attention. A couple of days ago, Wynn Steve, popularly known for his casino and hotels like Bellagio, The Mirage in the Strip and so on, is ready to sell his Las Vegas mansion in Summerlin for $25 million, the most expensive home listed in Vegas.
But if you have $430,000, you can straightaway purchase a home in Vegas owned by Phil Hellmuth. The Poker Brat announced on his Twitter handle, “I’m selling my house in Las Vegas, it’s in the Las Vegas Country Club: 2909 Bel Air Drive. I’m having an old friend, @KarinaJett, sell it for me. Before we list it on MLS, I thought I would give social media a shot. Reach out to Karina if you’re interested: $430,000 #POSITIVITY.”

Ever since the legendary #POSITIVITY video, the Las Vegas Country property at 2909 Bel Air Drive has been known to the poker community. Some know Hellmuth for his antics in high stakes shows or his standout entrances in casinos. Or the first-ever poker player to hold a record of 15 World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet that is simply 50% more than other legends like Johnny Chhan, Doyle Brunson and Phil Ivey.
This @phil_hellmuth clip has been trending & I think it's some of the greatest poker content of all time.
Highlights
-the toilet paper bedside & included in the shot
-the tooth brushing scene is a fucking classic scene w/ multiple photos of PH on mirror
-the shirtless ending pic.twitter.com/EEZwLgkJK8— LEGION | Joey Ingram 🐉 (@Joeingram1) April 23, 2019
So, would you want to own a piece of poker history? “Your opportunity to own a home with vintage Vegas charm & a poker royalty legacy!” The 1,672-square-foot Las Vegas home comprises of 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, 2-car garage and an extended driveway, backyard with a pool and a gold course.
With Hellmuth posting sharing the information to his 200K+ followers on Twitter, several fans questioned the $430,000 asking price and finding an estimate from other sites for $66K lower at $363K. It didn’t take too long for users to do the mark-up calculations. One of the user even asked if poker vlogger Joey Ingram could fetch more information.
Pretty reasonable for today's market. Noice 🙂

Damn @Joeingram1 can we get a pod on this!? Mind boggling how he can afford these large entry poker tournaments, yet can’t pay the mortgage on his own home! What happened to the best poker player that has ever lived!?!? 🤯
