Poker Dream 8 Malaysia ME: Zarvan Tumboli Makes Day 2 

Indian poker pro Zarvan Tumboli has bagged and tagged for Day 2 of the much awaited Poker Dream 8 Malaysia

Main Event. This Asian poker series which runs from 25th January to 5th February 2024 will see its Main Event being played from 30th January to 5th February. 

The marquee tournament offers a guarantee of RM 2,000,000. The buy-ins for the starting flights for the Main Event range between RM 1,800 – RM 3,600. 

Zarvan Tumboli at Poker Dream 8 Malaysia ME

Tumboli shared the update on him making Day 2 of the Main Event on his Instagram Stories. The poker pro has bagged 267,000 chips (approx. 13x starting stack) and will be battling it out with the other survivors on Day 2 of this coveted event. The starting flight Tumboli participated in (Day 1G) had 22 players making ITM (in the money).

The Main Event of the Poker Dream 8 Malaysia will see its Day 2 play out on 4th February at 1 PM (local time). Will this Mumbai-based poker pro spin the game in his favour and ship the Poker Dream 8 Malaysia Main Event title? Only time will tell. Talking about the poker pro, he was also grinding at the World Poker Tour (WPT) Cambodia 2024. Tumboli has been actively grinding at the Asian poker events in the past as well. He was seen at the WPT Vietnam event in Octover 2023. He and Alok Birewar even made the final table at the Big PLO event. In September 2023, Tumboli also shipped the Vietnam Series Of Poker (VSOP) Main Event for a sum of ₹53 Lakh.
