Sunday tournaments on poker platforms offer massive guarantees and it is no surprise that players flicked to grind and win. We had several well known players like Varun Meena, Archit Saraogi, Ashit Sharma, Vishnu Khandelwal among others cash big yesterday.

This tournament garnered 321 entries in total, comprising 163 unique players, 40 re-entries and 118 rebuys. The top 27 players made it in the money in this ₹3,850 buy-in event. The min-cash stood at ₹11,235. The advertised guarantee of this event was surpassed and the final prize pool stood at ₹11,23,500. This event was a deal between Varun Meena aka ‘buffalosoldier’ and Adithya N G aka ‘Rlox1.’ Meena cashed ₹2,18,687 while N G took home ₹1,98,131.
Sunday Supersonic was a ₹9,900 buy-in event. The tournament had 436 total entries, comprising 234 unique entries, 60 re-entries and 142 rebuys The top 39 players made the the money. The min-cash stood at ₹27,075. This Supersonic event yet again ended in a deal, this time between Mahesh S aka ‘mariokart’ and Rahul Kumar ‘Kya_sceneBro.’ Mahesh cashed ₹6,47,688 while Kumar pocketed ₹5,35,049. The advertised guarantee of this event was massively crushed and the final prize pool stood at ₹39,24,000.
A total of 935 grinders tried their hand at the ITM #5 DST ₹10 Lakh GTD event, which consisted of 503 unique entries, 128 re-entries, and 304 rebuys. The top 87 players made the money in this ₹1,100 buy-in event. A min-cash of ₹3,100 was paid. The event was shipped by Arinjay Khadke aka ‘cyberyogi’ who cashed ₹1,91,500. The runner-up was Gunisha Sinha aka ‘Obimikel’ who had a payday of ₹1,19,200.
The ₹7,700 buy-in Blizzard event had 122 survivors on Day 2 of the event, consisting of 105 unique entries and 17 re-entries. The top 119 players made it in the money. The min-cash stood at ₹13,718. The tournament was a deal between two mystery players, ‘borntrouble’ and ‘Onlastbuyin.’ While ‘borntrouble’ cashed ₹9,65,033, the other anonymous player who goes by moniker ‘Onlastbuy’ pocketed ₹6,89,093.
Spartan Poker’s Sunday Highroller was a ₹55,000 buy-in event. The top 11 players made it in the money. A min-cash of ₹1,25,000 was paid. The top 11 players made it in the money. In total, 97 players tried their hand at this event, which consisted of 58 unqiue entries, 23 re-entries and 16 rebuys. The tournament was a deal between two mystery players ‘Craftplayer’ and ‘hedonictreadmill’ where the first mentioned grinder cashed ₹12,04,056 and the latter pocketed ₹11,48,443.
PokerStars Sunday Highroller had 96 entries in total. Out of this 55 were unique players and 41 were re-entries. The top 11 players made it in the money in this ₹11,000 buy-in event. The min-cash stood at ₹29,464. The tournament was shipped by Archit Saraogi aka ‘arohit789’ who received a pay cheque of ₹2,38,966. The runner-up in this event was Tanmay Benara aka ‘tanmay1909’ who cashed ₹2,22,383.
The ₹5,500 buy-in Sunday Special event had 286 total entries, comprising 160 entries, 126 re-entries. The top 31 players made it in the money. A min-cash of 7,237 was paid. The tournament was a deal between Ashit Sharma aka ‘cringing’ and Vishnu Khandelwal aka ‘violator2018.’ While both pocketed ₹1,31,797 in prize money, Sharma took ₹1,66,425 in bounty money. Khandelwal who fired three bullets to clinch the runner-up position cashed ₹25,468 in bounty cashes.
The Asian Poker Tour has been running on PokerBaazi and yesterday the ₹3,300 buy-in Monsterstack event was hosted. The event had 597 total entries, consisting of 315 unique entries and 282 re-entries. The advertised guarantee was crushed and players grinded for a prize pool of ₹17,91,000. The top 72 players made it in the money. A min-cash of ₹5,550 was paid. The tournament was a deal between Vinayak Bajaj aka ‘salmanbhai’ and an anonymous player who goes by the moniker ‘gauravfrisky.’ Bajaj cashed ₹3,15,000 while the mystery player pocketed ₹2,61,000.

The Sunday Major event in the APT series was a ₹5,500 buy-in event. The advertised guarantee of this event which had 871 total entries (436 unique winners, 435 re-entries) was crushed majorly and the final prize pool stood at ₹43,55,000. The top 108 players made it in the money. A min-cash of ₹7,400 was paid. The event was a deal between Animesh Tripathi aka ‘ogamayaken’ and Samit Mehta aka ‘Superkid7777.’ Both the players fired two bullets to reach the top positions. Tripathi walked away with ₹6,46,000 while Mehta took home ₹6,50,000.
Adda52’s Millions event was shipped by Shravan Chhabria aka ‘sweatmyass13’ who cashed ₹6,70,800. The event runner-up was Dhaval Mudgal aka ‘dirtyzoso’ who took home ₹3,99,900. This ₹11,000 buy-in event had 258 total entries, comprising 154 unique entries and 104 re-entries. The top 27 players made it in the money. A min-cash of ₹23,220 was paid. The advertised guarantee of this event was crushed and the final prize pool stood at ₹25,80,000.
The ME Finale was shipped by an anonymous player who goes by the moniker ‘vinay2203’ and received a pay cheque of ₹3,59,905. The event runner-up was Haider Madraswala aka ‘Donktown22’ and walked away with ₹3,01,85. The event had a massive field and the advertised guarantee was crushed and the final prize pool stood at ₹25,79,975. The top 179 players made it in the money. A min-cash of ₹4,826 was paid.
