Nishant Sharma Is The New Gamezy Poker Pro

One of India’s top poker platforms, Gamezy Poker, has announced its latest game ambassador. And it is none other than Nishant Sharma. The pro is one of the most regarded names in the Indian poker circuit. With this association, Gamezy Poker will get greater exposure.

Nishant Sharma is a Mumbai-based player who has been playing poker for over five years now. He has three live titles to his name. He won his first live cash at the Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT) No Limit Hold’em – Main Event in 2017. Here he pocketed ₹63,000. 

He won his first live title at Macau Poker Cup 27 Event #10 No Limit Hold’em, where he took home HK$65,900 (₹6,95,456). Post that, he cashed at multiple events. However, he couldn’t ship any title. His dry spell ended after he shipped the Adda52 Colossus – High Roller Series 100,000 No Limit Hold’em – Colossus Main Event in 2022 and pocketed ₹3,315,000. 

The same year he also took down the No Limit Hold’em – High Roller Single Day at the World Poker Championship (WPC), Hanoi and took home a paycheque of VND679,500,000 (₹23,71,117).

He has 20 cashes in the world’s biggest live poker series, the World Series of Poker (WSOP). These include six online cashes and 14 live cashes. According to Hendon Mob, he has $5,25,845 in live tournament earnings, with his biggest cash coming from WSOP 2018 No Limit Hold’em Main Event Championship event, where he finished 34th for $2,30,475. He ranks 13th on India’s All Time Money List.
