Munot, Bajaj Among Others Take Home Top Titles


Thursdays are all about making money and crushing top titles. Adda52 hosted the iconic Godfather tournament and this title was crushed by well known grinder Ashish Munot. PokerStars conducted the Highroller which was a deal between Vishal Bajaj and Avijit Jaiswal. Keep reading to know more about who made it to the top spots. 

Trending Thursday – ₹20 Lakh GTD 

Spartan Poker’s Trending Thursday tournament had 398 entries in total. The top 31 players made it in the money in this ₹5,500 buy-in event. A min-cash of ₹17,600 was paid. The event was shipped by Rajat Mahajan aka ‘SlugaBed,’ who cashed ₹4,23,000 in prize money. The runner-up was an anonymous player who goes by the moniker ‘RoshuRen.’ This mystery player cashed ₹2,84,800 in prize money.

Godfather – ₹25 Lakh GTD

The runner-up was Kshitij Kucheria, aka ‘kmk1127’ who walked away with ₹3,62,500 in prize money. The tournament had 438 entries in total. The top 49 players made it in the money in this ₹5,500 buy-in event. The min-cash stood at ₹13,750.

 Highroller – ₹9 Lakh GTD

PokerStars is known for hosting Highrollers now and then. Yesterday was no different thanks to the ₹9 Lakh GTD highroller. The ₹7,700 buy-in event had 104 entries in total. The top 13 players made it in the money. A min-cash of ₹19,620 was paid. The tournament ended in a deal between Vishal Bajaj aka ‘Vishalb22’ and Avijit Jaiswal aka ‘SwangoRay.’ Bajaj fired two bullets to clinch the top position. Both the players cashed ₹1,83,371 in prize money.

The Summit – ₹15 Lakh GTD 

This event was shipped by Rishab Malik aka ‘ryuk’ who had a payday of ₹3,90,000. The runner-up was Monam Hayat aka ‘loosingfreak’ who took a pay cheque of ₹2,74,000. The tournament had 221 entries. The top 27 players made it in the money in this ₹8,250 buy-in event. The min-cash stood at ₹13,760. The advertised guarantee of this event was surpassed and the final prize pool stood at ₹16,57,000.
