The glorious Millionaire Series on Spartan Poker concluded last night. The series which witnessed some unparalleled poker action ended with a mystery player being crowned as the Main Event (ME) winner. Apart from the ME, the last day of this poker series also witnessed players battling it out for the top spots. Let’s take a look at last night’s action.
This event had a player field of 292 entries, 48 re-entries and 182 rebuys battling it out for the title spot. The top 47 places finished in the money. The min-cash stood at ₹4,463. The original guarantee was surpassed and the final prize pool at ₹7,83,000.
Ashwin Vijay aka ‘A116’ topped the table for ₹1,52,606. Mystery player ‘cobainkurt’ finished second for ₹96,935.
Sunday Millionaire had 796 entries out of which 388 entries, 134 re-entries and 274 rebuys. The initial guarantee was surpassed and the final prize pool stood at ₹47,76,000. The top 70 places finished in the money and the min-cash stood at ₹16,716.
Poker pro Ashish Ahuja aka ‘Spewushhhiiiii’ clinched the top spot and added ₹10,19,824 to his bankroll. Another popular name from the circuit Rajat Mahajan aka ‘SlugaBed’ finished at the runner-up spot for ₹8,90,575.
Event #26 had 580 entries, 198 re-entries and 419 rebuys. The top 111 places made it in the money. The final prize pool of ₹11,97,000 surpassed the event’s initial guarantee. The min-cash paid was ₹2,992. Mystery player ‘Gabbar1973’ nailed the event for ₹2,26,113. Brijesh Pratap Rao aka ‘Sanu15’ finished at the runner-up spot for ₹1,37,774.
The Main Event of this magnificent series finally ended after survivors from the five starting flights slogged hard for the title spot. The ME crushed its initial guarantee to generate a final prize pool of ₹1,79,70,000. The min-cash stood at ₹19,767 and the top 225 places took home a portion of the mammoth prize pool.
India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) July 2021 Super Highroller and Masterminds winner ‘Pradzzz’ shipped the event for a colossal figure of ₹41,51,070. BPT March 2022 Big Bounty Ujjwal Narwal aka ‘Lord Hendrix’ finished at the runner-up spot for ₹21,65,385.
D’lite also ended after three starting flights. The event’s original guarantee was surpassed by a slim margin and the final prize pool stood at ₹10,46,500. The min-cash stood at ₹1,161 and the top 239 places finished in the money.
Anonymous player ‘AceBoy’ and Navdeep Sahi aka ‘Psychonaut’ ended the tourney in a deal. The mystery place took home a pay cheque of ₹1,43,250 and Sahi added ₹1,40,874 to his bankroll.
