Indian Team Qualifies For CoC World Championship May Qualifier 2021
Popular Indian esports organization, Marcos Gaming recently qualified for the Clash of Clans (CoC) World Championship 2021 May monthly qualifiers. The tournament has a massive prize pool worth $1 million. The tournament consists of six monthly seasons which will take place from May to October 2021. Each of these seasons will be played in three stages.
The first stage is known as the Clan War League. This stage will be held for the first 11 days of the month. The top three teams in the Clan War League are eligible for the next stage. The qualified teams from Stage 1 who register for Stage 2 known as Monthly Pre-Qualifier will compete in the pre-qualifiers. The pre-qualifiers follow a two-days single-elimination format. Six best teams are selected from this stage to qualify in the monthly qualifiers.

The Monthly Qualifiers will be held again for two days at the end of the month. It follows a double-elimination best-of-one format. The winning team gets a golden ticket to play in the World Finals, while the runner-up team gets a silver ticket to compete in the last chance qualifier. Six runner-up teams along with four wild-card teams will battle it out in the Last Chance Qualifier for one final spot in the finals. The Clash of Clans World Championship Finals 2021 will see the top eight qualified teams compete for the trophy and $10,00,000 prize pool.
The May pre-qualifiers of the tournament were held on May 22nd and 23rd. Out of the sea of teams which participated, top six teams qualified in the pre-qualifiers. Clash of Clans Esports shared the names of the qualified teams on their social media handles.

Macros Gaming, one of India’s best Clash of Clans (CoC) teams has successfully made it to the qualifiers. Earlier in 2020, the team had grabbed the winning title at the Clashers Cup 2020. At ESL: India, Macros Gaming secured the runners-up position.
The six qualified teams will battle it out in the May qualifiers on May 29th and 30th, 2021 for the golden ticket to the Clash of Clans World Championship Finals 2021.
