Garena Free Fire Pro League 2021: Top 18 Teams Revealed

Garena Free Fire has announced the names of the top 18 teams that will participate in the Free Fire Pro League (FFPL) 2021 Summer. The 18 teams have been sorted into three groups of six teams each.

The league will take place over a period of six days starting on 26 June and will have six matches per day. The matches will take place every Saturday and Sunday for three weeks. The series ends on 11 July. The top six teams from FFPL 2021 Summer will get promoted directly into the FFIC 2021 Fall.

The teams participating in this League will be S8UL, Total Gaming, Sixth Sense, Last Breath, Galaxy Racer, Captains, Team D Esports, LVL – Iconic, Survivor 4 AM, Ankush Free Fire Esports, Team Elite, Red Owl Gaming, Yazuka Seniors, Godlike, PVS Esports, 4 Unknown, OP Boys and Life Hackers.

The grand finale is scheduled for 18 July and the top 12 teams qualified will take part. The tournament will stream live on Free Fire Esports India’s YouTube and Facebook channels and Booyah app. The stream starts at 6:00 PM IST and all the matches will take place in the Battle Royale squad mode.

The FFPL offers a prize pool of ₹35 Lakh and the winner will be rewarded ₹15 Lakh. The first and second runner-up will get ₹7.5 Lakh and ₹3.5 Lakh respectively. It is believed that all eyes are on Total Gaming Esports.

As per App Annie the Free Fire community is growing steadily in Nepal, India, and across the world as Garena Free Fire was crowned as the most downloaded game of 2019 and 2020. The top 12 teams from FFIC 2021 Spring and 6 teams who advance through the FFC mode will get to play in Grand Finals taking place on 18 July.
