First-Ever PGT Texas Poker Open Comes With $2 Million GTD ME

The PokerGO Tour (PGT) is headed to Texas for the first-ever PGT Texas Poker Open to be held at Champions Club Texas. The series runs from 24th April through 5th May 2024, and is headlined by a $2,000,000 guaranteed Main Event.

The PGT Texas Poker Open Main Event features a $3,300 buy-in and boasts a $2,000,000 prize pool guarantee. The event kicks off on Wednesday, 24th April, with the first of eight starting flights. The PGT Texas Poker Open Main Event is a PGT-qualifying event awarding PGT leaderboard points to players who finish in the money.

In addition to the $3,300 Main Event, seven high roller tournaments qualify for the PGT, with buy-ins ranging from $5,300 to $10,500. Included in those seven high roller events are five No-Limit Hold’em (NLH) tournaments and two Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) tournaments.
