Daniel Geeng won Event #9: $25,200 PLO Championship at the PokerGO Tour (PGT) PLO Series II festival to earn a $487,500 payday. The result also pushed him to the top of the series leaderboard, crowning Geeng PGT PLO Series II Player of the Series and winning him a $25,000 championship bonus.
In Event #9, Geeng topped a field of 75 entries. His final-table performance was a dominating one, as Geeng held a big chip lead for much of the final table and never really looked to be in jeopardy of finishing anywhere else but first. The win was part of a series that included four cashes and two final tables. When you include the $148,000 in bounty prizes that Geeng won in Event #4: $15,100 PLO Progressive Bounty, Geeng cashed for more than $850,000 in PGT PLO Series II tournaments.
