David Coleman Continues Early PGT Dominance With His Second Win Of The Season

The 2024 PGT season has been all about David Coleman, and on Monday he won his second PGT title of the season. Coleman won PGT Kickoff Event #4 for $73,800 and 148 PGT leaderboard points. Coleman has now made the final table of every PGT tournament this season and has two victories from those four events.

In Event #4, Coleman entered the final table with the chip lead. Although he was overtaken a couple of times throughout the final table, Coleman always appeared in control and was able to come out on top of the 41-entry field.

Event #4: $5,100 NL Hold’em Results

1st: David Coleman – $73,800

2nd: Viktor Ustimov – $49,200

3rd: Jeremy Becker – $30,750

4th: Nikita Kalinin – $22,550

5th: Justin Bonomo – $16,400

6th: Victoria Livschitz – $12,300

Prior to the Event #4 triumph, Coleman won Event #1 for $120,150, finished fifth in Event #2 for $31,500, and placed second in Event #3 for $69,350. Through four events, Coleman now has 590 PGT points and is by far and away the PGT leaderboard frontrunner early in the season. He has 590 points and the next closest competitor is Dylan Weisman with 265 points – 325 points behind Coleman.

Final tables of every PGT Kickoff event will be livestreamed on PokerGO starting in the evening when the final table is reached.
