Daniel Negreanu Railing For Shaun Deeb As The Latter Claims His Sixth WSOP Bracelet

Shaun Deeb has brought his World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet tally to six at the $1,500 Eight Game Mix event. The poker pro clinched his title in the presence of his rail, which included his alleged poker rival Daniel Negreanu. 

The event had a total of 789 entries generating a final prize pool of $1,053,315. After three days of gameplay, Deeb beat Brazil’s Aloisio Dourado in the heads-up to claim his career sixth WSOP bracelet along with a top prize of $198,854. 

As Deeb clinched victory, a huge rail, including six-time WSOP bracelet winner Daniel Negreanu, Josh Arieh, and others, were seen cheering and celebrating with him. After winning the event, Deeb is first seen hugging Negreanu, who stands in the rail. Negreanu’s presence was appreciated and applauded by many, as the two are often seen getting into Twitter wars and spats with each other over opposing viewpoints. 

Daniel Negreanu was also seen vlogging with his mini camera around the final table when the heads-up was underway. Deeb shared a picture of him shaking hands with Negreanu after the win and wrote, “Just two six time @wsop bracelet winners hanging out.”

Deeb clinched his first bracelet in 2015, followed by a second one in 2016. His third and fourth bracelets came during the 2018 WSOP. He won his fifth bracelet in 2021. To know more about his WSOP bracelets, click here.
