Daniel Negreanu Declares A Ban On Ali Imsirovic, Jake Schindler, And Bryn Kenney?

The highly awaited World Series of Poker (WSOP) is almost upon us. Players from all across the globe have begun their preparations for the biggest poker show on the planet. The excitement for this tournament series is increasing with each passing day. With WSOP 2023 just a handful of days away, poker players have started to make drafts on 25K Fantasy. 

Poker legend Daniel Negreanu has also jumped up on the boat and shared his thoughts. The six-time WSOP bracelet winner is often in the news, with his words having a lot of impact on the poker industry. Ahead of WSOP 2023, the poker pro shared a tweet speaking about his fellow colleagues ahead of the highly anticipated poker tournament. He goes on to mention how bids on certain players will be void on @25kfantasy with respect to this year’s WSOP. Who are these players? They are Jake Schindler, Ali Imsirovic, Scott Ball, David Benyamine, and Bryn Kenney.

Daniel Negreanu’s tweet read, “If anyone in the @25kfantasy would like to share a player who is NOT playing the WSOP this year, please do so below. Currently have the following on the not-playing list: Ali Imsirovic, Jake Schindler, Scott Ball, Bryn Kenney, and David Benyamine. Bids on these players will be void.”

In the poker industry, many players have been accused of cheating, be it playing on live tables or online. As per reports, Daniel Negreanu was seen taking a dig at the likes of Bryn Kenney, Jake Schindler and Ali Imsirovic. All the players have been the alleged cheaters, with Imsirovic and Schindler rumoured to be a part of a poker cheating scandal. They were alleged to make use of RTAs online, multi-accounting, and colluding in live high rollers.

Kenney was part of a massive cheating storm when he was accused of stealing agencies from friends, collusion, ghosting, multi-accounting and using shamans and even frog poison on players.  While there is no clarity on Kenney, Schindler and Imsirovic’s participation in WSOP 2023, it remains interesting to see if they show face in the upcoming mega event in Las Vegas.
