Dan Bilzerian Wants $25 Million For His Las Vegas Mansion

Dan Bilzerian, the prolific poker player, businessman and internet personality, has captured headlines again, but this time, it isn’t exactly because of his exploits in a poker room. Bilzerian is in the news because he has put up for sale his opulent Las Vegas property. The poker player has a steep asking price, though – a mind-boggling $25 Million.

The price might be worth it, though. After all, anyone who has the Mill gets a 7-bedroom, 12.5-bathroom Spanish Colonial Mansion spread over 38,289 feet on a 5-acre plot located in Spring Valley. While the real estate itself would be enough to impress, Bilzerian went all out to create what everyone’s terming an ‘Adult Playground’. 

The property has a full-size basketball court that also functions as a roller hockey rink. It has an outdoor pool with rock climbing and a slide. The King of Instagam’s Vegas property also has an indoor trampoline, batting cage, jujutsu room, foam pit, golf simulator, pizza ovens, a cinema, and a 16-car garage.

The listing agent, Frank Napoli, has said that he has never seen anything like this in his entire career. The owners have put up more than $20 million to set up the property. So, anyone who buys the property gets a beautifully made-up piece of property that also has celebrity value. Las Vegas, of course, is home to several other celebrities, and so is Spring Valley.

Spring Valley is pretty popular, but in 2018, the cost of real estate there was about $2 Million. The particular property in question was first built in 2006, and Bilzerian bought it in 2018 for $8.5 Million. If Bilzerian gets what he’s quoting, he will be making more than double the amount he invested—but we don’t know whether he made any cosmetic changes to the property after buying it.
