Dan Bilzerian Slashes Price Of Las Vegas Mansion By $5 Million

Dan Bilzerian grabs headlines now and then due to his activities both on and off the poker table, his riches, and his lifestyle. But this time, he’s grabbed them because of a particular real estate property that he owns—which he had earlier put up for sale.

Now, it’s revealed that the Bilzerian Las Vegas property has seen a deep cut in its expected sale price. It’s pretty rare for a celebrity to cut down the value of their property for sale, and no reason is given behind the slashing. The King of Instagram has lopped off almost $5 million off the asking price. 

When it was listed a few months ago, the property grabbed headlines, and fans gained insight into its extravagant and opulent nature. In September 2024, Bilzerian listed the property for sale, asking a whopping $25 million for it, which now changes to $20 Million.

The Las Vegas property was described as a 7-bedroom, 12.5-bathroom Spanish Colonial Mansion spread over 38,289 feet on a 5-acre plot located in Spring Valley. The real estate itself was impressive, but Bilzerian went all out to create what everyone’s terming an ‘Adult Playground’.

It has a full-size basketball court that also functions as a roller hockey rink. It has an outdoor pool with rock climbing and a slide. The King of Instagam’s Vegas property also has an indoor trampoline, batting cage, jiu-jitsu room, foam pit, golf simulator, pizza ovens, a cinema, and a 16-car garage.

Bilzerian is famous in poker circles. However, according to Hendon Mob, the only time he has seen money in a live poker game was at WSOP’s $10,000 World Championship No Limit Hold’em in 2009, where he took home $36,626, standing 180th. 

Bilzerian’s professional life has been declining since 2023, and most of this decline can be attributed to his various failed business ventures, lawsuits, and losses at some high-roller events.

Dan Bilzerian’s legal issues with dad

While Dan Bilzerian is taking a haircut on real estate valuation, he also has some legal issues to address. Last year, he sued his father, Paul Bilzerian, for $5 million over their working relationship with the cannabis company Ignite International Brands, Ltd., after Dan was ousted from the company, but his likeness was used to promote the company’s products.
