Wynn Steve, the billionaire, well-known for his luxury casino and hotels has listed his Las Vegas mansion in Summerlin for sale at $25 million, according to an announcement from listing broker Ivan Sher of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties. Wynn renovated his mansion at $16 million making it the most expensive home listed in Vegas.

In 1967, Wynn moved to Vegas where he successfully expanded Golden Nugget. Thereafter, he acquired interests in several other casinos, building The Mirage on the Strip. His second high-end casino is the opulent Bellagio, a $1.6 billion resort considered among the world’s spectacular hotels that included an artificial lake and a gallery that housed museum-quality artworks.

Wynn has spent the last half century developing hotels and casinos across the country. In 2015, he bought sprawling 2.7-acre estate or $47.9 million from Guess jeans co-founder Maurice Marciano. The 11,027-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a focal-point swimming pool with a spa.

And now, more than two years after he bought the European-style villa, located in the city’s so-called ‘Billionaire’s Row’ for $13 billion records the most expensive home purchase in Vegas that year. The home, dubbed Museo, is in the prestigious TPC Summerlin private golf community. The 1.5 acre residence with a mountain view, comprise of 6 bed rooms, 10 baths, 13,500 square feet of living space and a four-car parking garage. Well, that’s not it. For amenities, there’s move theatre, wine closet, game room and gym.

“This is one of the finest homes available in the country,” Sher said in the release. “The current owner completely reimagined the space, creating a timeless experience with incomparable finishes and museum-quality art protection and display.” The neighboring home owners include magician David Copperfield who bought a 31,000-square-foot estate on Enclave Court in 2016 for $17.55 million.

Wynn became a billionaire in 2004 and 16 years later his net worth is $3.1 billion, according to Forbes. For more update on casino news around the world, stay tuned to GutshotMagazine.com!
