Avish And Kunal Sharma Triumphed In Monday’s Marquee Events


The excitement began to unfold the moment events on Monday night kicked off. Every player was attempting to secure a higher position for higher payouts. These events received an overwhelming response which saw the action and thrills continue till some players emerged as champions. 

Playing in these tournaments was an incredible experience for all of the players who participated. Among them, two best players shipped in the winner’s title along with large cash prizes.

Let’s go over some of the major poker tournaments that occurred on Monday night.

Daily Value Boost- ₹10 Lakh GTD

Kunal Sharma aka ‘Maharaj3,’ claimed the victory for ₹1,45,000. Vikram Ved Batra aka ‘vikrambatra,’ was the player who finished one rank lower and grabbed the pay prize of ₹1,12,000.

  • Buy-in: ₹1,650
  • Places paid: 95
  • Min-cash: ₹3,400

The Big Show- ₹10 Lakh GTD

Avish Sharma aka ‘thehorse7,’ emerged as the top performer in this event, taking home the winning title and ₹1,72,000 in prize money. An anonymous player with the username ‘Prashant12’ finished second, winning ₹1,20,000.

  • Total entries: 299 (166 entries and 133 re-entries)
  • Buy-in: ₹3,300
  • Places paid: 35
  • Min-cash: ₹7,500

The two major tournaments held on the PokerBaazi platform paid a cumulative total of ₹20 Lakh to all ace players who rose through the ranks. While the Daily Value Boost began at 7:30 PM, the Big Show kicked off at 8 PM on Monday. 

Apart from the top two winners of The Big Show, the other three competitors who finished third, fourth, and fifth in this event were Jerome, Shravan Suresh aka ‘Enterthedragon,’ and Surbhit Grover aka ‘grovahova.’ They won ₹1,02,000, ₹86,000, and ₹71,000 respectively.

Re-entry into The Big Show was permitted an unlimited number of times, but only until the level of 22.

In the Daily Value Boost ProBusterxXx, chaiwala94 and Ajay Singh aka ‘ClassMonitor’ came in third, fourth, and fifth place respectively. ProBusterxXx received ₹85,000, chaiwala84 ₹59,100 and Singh ₹41,700 for finishing in the top five.

Re-entries in Daily Value Boost were also permitted in the same manner as the previous one.
