Asian Poker Tour (APT) is back with a brand new edition of the series to be held in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, this March. The series will kick-start on 24th March and will run until 2nd April 2023. The series will be hosted at the Corona Resort and Casino in Phu Quoc.
One of the highlight events of APT Phu Quoc 2023 series is the Super High Roller, which will be held on the 25th and 26th of March 2022. The two-day event has a buy-in of VND 6,000,000 (~$256). Day 1 will commence on 25th March 2023 at 12.30 PM. Similarly, Day 2 will take place on 26th March 2023 at 12.30 PM.

Nguyen Trung Quan
Vietnam’s Nguyen Trung Quan took down the largest Super High Roller field in the history of APT. The VND 88,000,000 APT Super High Roller – 8 Max event had 56-strong field comprised of 34 unique entries. Quan won first live title score and maiden APT title for a payday of VND 1,196,680,000 (~$51,450).
He struck a deal with Anarbayasgalan Sainjargal to take the title and trophy. Sainjargal settled for a pay-out of ₫1,050,000,000 (~$45,150) for his runner-up finish.

Shardul Parthasarathi
After starting the table with the shortest stack, and finding a couple of double-ups, Parthasarathi has managed to crawl past and finish at the sixth spot. He pockets VND 278,120,000 ($11,960) for his finish.
Indian pro Shardul Parthasarathi has made it to the final table of the APT Phu Quoc 2023 Super Highroller. Even though he is among the lowest stacks on the table of eight, the only Indian on the table has the capabilities of turning things in his favour. He previously won an APT titles at APT Hanoi 2023 earlier this year. He also won the APT Vietnam 2022 Main Event.
