In a first for the prestigious AOPS series, the final tables of select premier events were played at the luxurious Deltin Royale in Goa, culminating in a showdown that delivered thrill and  intense poker action. Here are the winners of the top 5 tournaments of AOPS 2024, their impressive feats, and their winning prize amounts.

• AOPS Dynamo Kick-Off

The AOPS kick-sarted with the ₹35 Lakh GTD tournament laying a strong foundation for the ensuing intensity the series was about to offer. The Dynamo Kick-Off registered a total of 658 entries for a ₹5,500 buy-in, with player Venkatesh Mukundan claiming the top spot for a sum of ₹6,16,910. Amit Saraff finished in the second place for a payday of ₹4,47,692.

• AOPS High Roller

The AOPS High Roller attracted a total of 232 entries bumping up the final prize pool to ₹75 Lakh. The buy-in for this event was ₹33,000. Gokul Raj Dharmarajan won the tournament and added a sum of ₹16,46,913 to his bankroll. Shravan Chhabria became the runner-up for ₹13,12,220.

• AOPS Micro Main Event

The AOPS Micro Main Event was a resounding success as the final prize pool of ₹27 Lakh surpassed the advertised guarantee of 25 Lakh. With a buy-in set at ₹550, the event registered 5,416 total entries. Online reg Kovid Saraswat was crowned the champion. This player received a pay cheque of ₹3,96,074. The runner-up was Gunisha Sinha who claimed a prize money worth ₹2,82,335. 431 players made it in the money with the min-cash being ₹2,052.

• AOPS Mini Main Event

The AOPS Mini Main Event was shipped by Mohit Mahi who won an impressive sum of ₹24,21,831. Popular pro from the circuit Sahil Mahboobani came second for an eye-catchy figure of ₹17,26,364. Out of the 3,233 total entries, the top 8 players received payouts. Additionally, 323 players finished in the money with the minimum payout being ₹16,438. The final prize pool for the event stood at ₹16 Lakh.

• AOPS Main Event

The coveted AOPS Main Event saw 3,072 player lock horns for the top title and trophy. The final prize pool of ₹3,07,19,963 was formed which surpassed the initial guarantee of ₹3 Crore. The buy-in for this event was set at ₹11,000. Dhirajkumar Totala won the tournament for the biggest payday of the series worth ₹39,94,754. Well-known poker pro Vaibhav Sharma claimed the runner-up spot for a hefty sum of ₹39,94,753. The Main Event paid the top 287 players with the min-cash being ₹35,263.
