Abhishek Goindi, Other Indians ITM At WSOP 2025 Event #53

Indians were all over the ITM list of Event #53 of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2o25, Millionaire Maker with Abhishek Goindi topping the Indian winner list, taking home a wholesome $13,830 at rank #94. (~₹11 Lakh)

The list has the who’s who of the Indian poker community. While Zarvan Tumboli signs off the list with a ₹3,010 to his name at rank 1656, other well-known names that made the list were Ankit Ahuja, Laksh Pal Singh, Abhinav Iyer, and others.

Each of these names has made the Indian poker contingent proud time and again, and the fact that they all came together to win money at a single WSOP event is unique. The buy-in for Millionaire Maker was $1,500, and the total prize money jumped to more than $15 Million, making it one of the most prestigious poker tournaments in recent times. The event saw 11,996 entries, once again proving that the World Series of Poker is among the biggest and best poker tournaments.
