Abhijit Sengupta Ships Gutshot 10K Freeroll On Spartan Poker

Last Saturday, Gutshot hosted its popular 10K Exclusive Freeroll on Spartan Poker. Being a weekend, many Gutshot players were eager to seize the opportunity and play this exciting freeroll. With no buy-in required, this was the perfect way to get a good bankroll boost for players. However, in the end, there was only one player who grabbed the top spot: Abhijit Sengupta.

As the freeroll commenced on Spartan Poker, a total of 92 entries participated. Out of these, players who reached the top 20 places were paid. The min-cash for the event stood at ₹130. The one to grab the title spot and the lion’s share of the prize pool was Abhijit Sengupta aka ‘Charleydavidson.’ He won an awesome ₹2,800 in prize money.

Right behind him in second place was mystery player ‘Bc77’ who was rewarded ₹1,700 for his performance. The night ended on a high note with these two winners walking home with a thicker bankroll.

In the last hand, Sengupta had hole cards 8♣ A♠ while player ‘Bc77’ held 3♦ 3♣ and went all-in pre-flop. This was called by Sengupta, who then had an uncalled bet of 107,219 chips. The board then opened to cards 6♠ 9♣ 2♦ 8♠ 5♦, giving the win to Sengupta who scored a pair of eight.
