The renowned poker player Zachary Schwartz has grabbed the headlines, by winning his first PLO title at the 2025 PGT PLO Series, He did that by shipping the Event #11, a Pot-Limit Omaha Bounty, and took home $91,510, along with $28,000 in bounties.
The Greenwich, Connecticut native put up some impressive poker skills to top the list of 73 entries, to take a major slice of the $365,000 prize pool. This win, of course, has propelled Zachary up in the poker circles, and added several personal achievements as well.
He has now achieved his fourth-highest cash at a poker table. With this, he has also crossed $1 Million in all time cash. In the end, Zachary beat Alex Foxen, the three-time WSOP Bracelet winner for the title. Alex Foxen had A ♦ Q ♣ 6 ♠ 5 ♣, as against Schwartz’s 5 ♠ 4 ♦ 3 ♦ 3 ♣ with the river being K ❤

Schwartz has a total live earnings of $1,152,338, and his highest cash-out at the poker table has been Event #8 of WSOP 2024, at the 55th World Series of Poker, where he ranked 3rd. He has been playing for decades now, and his first cash at a live poker game was in 2008, when he took $1,299 at the 2008 World Poker Finals, Mashantucket.

The 2025 PokerGO Tour (PGT) Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) Series, held from March 25 to April 5 at the ARIA PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas, featured 11 events showcasing top-tier PLO competition. Jesse Lonis emerged as the series champion, securing five cashes, including a victory in Event #9, and amassing $799,140 in total earnings Jim Collopy triumphed in the $25,200 PLO Championship (Event #10), claiming $450,367. Other notable performances included Alex Foxen, who finished second on the series leaderboard with 633 points, and Chino Rheem, who climbed to the top of the overall PGT leaderboard with 928 points following his strong showing in the series.

Negreanu secured a tournament win and multiple final table appearances, while Yockey’s consistent results placed him fourth on the series leaderboard.
