WSOP 2024 Highlights Day 21: No Bracelet #18 For Phil Hellmuth Just As Yet

Aside from the opening day of the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, Day 21 was the only day without a bracelet awarded, which is quite rare. Event #43: $1,500 Mixed Omaha was set to crown its champion on 18th June, but with three players left after 13 hours of play, time was called. Phil Hellmuth, seeking his 18th bracelet, was eliminated in fourth place. Magnus Edengren, James Juvancic, and Tim Seidensticker will resume their battle at 4:00 PM local time.

Stacked Field In The $100K High Roller

Event #47: $100,000 High Roller No-Limit Hold’em saw 95 of the world’s best poker players buy in on Day 1, with more expected before the end of Level 13 on Day 2, when late registration closes. Denmark’s Henrik Hecklen leads with 3,505,000 chips. Following him are Ben Tollerene (2,815,000) and Nick Petrangelo (2,700,000), among others. Day 2 begins at 12:00 PM local time on 19th June.

Martin Kabrhel Leads in Monster Stack

Martin Kabrhel leads Event #38: $1,500 Monster Stack No-Limit Hold’em with 24,425,000 chips. Only 55 players remain from an initial 416, with Tim Reilly (24,000,000) and Wayne Harmon (20,000,000) trailing Kabrhel. Several pros, including Mathew Frankland and Arnaud Enselme, are still in contention. Day 4 starts at 11:00 AM local time on 19th June.

$10K H.O.R.S.E. Championship Update

Christopher Chung leads with 1,345,000 chips, followed by Patrick Moulder, Benny Glaser, and Greg Mascio. Seven remaining players already have bracelets, and Maria Ho (420,000) is among those vying for her first. Day 3 starts at 1:00 PM local time on 19th June aiming to reduce the field to five players.
